Since our inception in 1969, our unique format has brought us tens of thousands of satisfied clients nationwide. Sadly, it has also left a small number of people "disappointed" in our telephone demeanor.

Unfortunately, we are not for everyone. As price-cutters of elegant merchandise our minimal markups do not allow for the leisurely pace and before-sales amenities found at most traditional retailers. (Show and tell sessions, inquiries from the idly curious, unlimited gabbing time, etc.)

The necessary elements which allow us to continue to best serve the interests of our very special clients include: 1. Minimal, but productive and knowledgeable staff. 2. The elimination of non-essential pre-sales services. 3. A focused client in a buying posture who understands the fiscal limitations and fast pace that makes a company such as ours successful. The client that we can best serve is one who is willing to take the time to explore the market and determine the product of their choice. Before calling us, they will have established a budget and probably will have done some comparison shopping and due diligence regarding vendor references and reputation.

In a perfect world, all of our callers would be of this persuasion. Alas, that is not the case. Of the thousands of calls we receive weekly, many are from those who do not understand the time constraints we have to operate under in order to continue to offer significant savings and world-class after-sales service. Our best clients know that in order for them to benefit from our expertise as well as the best price, service, and warranty package in the industry, they have to help us by utilizing the extensive resources that we have painstakingly presented to them on this website.

In order for our sales department to handle the wealth of inquiries received on a daily basis, "time is of the essence". While our northeastern, brisk style of getting-down-to-business in a hurry is sometimes misconstrued as rude and uncaring, this really isn't true.
