They kept my watch for 15 days for an estimate, quoted a very high price, then informed me it would be four to six more weeks for completion. Your company was able to give me an estimate in one day, at over $150.00 less, and return my repaired watch to me within two weeks. I found your staff to be knowledgeable and very courteous!
