Dear Carl, I purchased a Cartier Panther watch from your company and the battery ran out last week. I brought the watch to the local Cartier store here in Honolulu and you wouldn't believe the "service" they offered. Their employee named Claire Takane informed me that the watch would need to be sent to the Cartier service center in Beverly Hills and that no local replacements were available. I was then told that to simply change the battery I could expect to see my watch again in 6 to 8 WEEKS! This is a far cry from what these stores continuously represent about how well they treat their clients. Needless to say, after this kind of treatment I'm convinced that buying from Grafstein's is the best approach. Anyone paying full retail at a company authorized store should expect fast, efficient service, but unfortunately this is not the case. Thanks for the great prices and service that your company provides. I will definitely be a customer again in the near future.
