This letter is to thank you, your husband, and more especially Susan Fanning for her time and energy expended in taking excellent care of Tricia and me on November 28th.

There was a lot to be cared for on both of our Rolexes. It seemed as if we were working with family as Susan made recommendations to improve the watches' performance and appearance. We talked and she promised we would have it by today, December 16th.

Earlier today, I spoke with Susan about the expected delivery and my concerns. Fortunately, within 15 minutes of our conversation, UPS had a special holiday delivery and the watches arrived.

The work promised by Susan exceeded our expectations. Your associates are great, and, Tricia and I think Susan is an exceptional friendly and professional person representing you and your company in a tremendous manner.
