This letter summarizes our telephone conversation and outlines the terms of our agreement. You will sell and I will purchase a pre-owned Cartier Panther watch (with three bands of 18K gold) for $2,600 plus $25 shipping, handling and insurance (no sales tax charged). You will ship me the watch today in the amount of the purchase price, a copy of which check is attached. I can return the watch to you within 10 business days of receipt if I am not satisfied with the watch for any reason and you will return my money promptly upon such return.
