I wanted to take a moment to thank everyone involved in my recent
purchase of a Breitling SS/18KT Crosswind Chronograph from your
website. Each person I spoke to was tremendously polite, very helpful,
and even took the extra steps to accommodate my very fast shipping
request.
The watch arrived in ABSOLUTELY PERFECT condition. There is no way,
save for my disclosing it, that anyone would know this is not a brand
new watch, right out of the Breitling authorized money collector's
shop. For the life of me, I cannot understand why anyone would pay full
retail for anything that your company can provide! They are basically
throwing away their money.
In the future, ALL of my watch purchases will be from your company. As
a sales manger by trade, I know the value of a company that delivers on
its promises, and stands behind its word and its products. When I can
get all of that, at a discounted price to boot, why would I go anywhere
else?
