Dear Ken,

As a member of "Generation X," I have become quite comfortable with making personal purchases via the Internet. In my professional work, I have become a great proponent of e-commerce. However, there was just something about the thought of sending a fair amount of cash to a company in Atlanta, for a watch I had never seen, which left me feeling a little...leery. In navigating your site, I was initially frustrated by the fact that it doesn't allow one to jump right into the action (lists of watches and prices). But that's a good thing; it forced me to read some of your clients' testimonials. This made me curious, so I clicked through at least 40 pages of additional letters. The trend of customer satisfaction and your other references sold me.

I would like to place an order for an Omega Speedmaster. Per the instructions in your e-mail, I will wire transfer $1572.65 to your account.
