You mentioned you service watches and jewelry. I have two items, both Cartier that need to be serviced. One of the items is a watch and the other item is a Love bracelet. The Love bracelet I had "fixed" at Cartier a couple of years ago. One of the screws had fallen out so they replaced the screw. The screw they replaced it with was never tight and also fell out, I do have it. I have not been able to enjoy wearing the bracelet because I was constantly having to tighten the screw. Can you fix this bracelet? Also do you service Cartier watches? Thanks for your help.
