This letter is from our very first client 32 years ago. He still does business with us to this day, so he's either a masochist, or he's happy doing business with Capetown.

Dear Ken,

I have just learned that our relationship goes back over thirty years.

To refresh your memory, I have purchased Rolexes for each member of the family as well as recommending you to my friends who successfully bought from you. I still have the Patek Philippe that was the first purchase I made from you. I have purchased diamonds from you, fortunately in the larger sizes, before inflation took over. Thanks to you, I ordered two, three, and four carat stones that, if I'd sell, would be a great return on my investment.

I still consider you my personal jeweler, everything you sold me was as stated, and you provided G.I.A. certificates if requested.

With all the great deals you have made, I fault you only for not insisting that I buy the Rolex King Midas, the nine carat emerald-cut diamond, and that beautiful eight carat Burmese sapphire that would have been great buys at today's prices.

I wholeheartedly recommend you to any one, my old friend, and thank you for the close personal relationship over the years. You have been a big factor in my family's happiness at holidays and birthdays throughout the years.

Affectionately,

Rich

P.S. Do you have anything that I cannot live without?
