I wanted to drop you a quick note and tell you how much I appreciated the excellent service in regards to my Tag-Heuer wristwatch. If you recall, I had some problems with the watch after almost five years of great service. Since I am not a retired police officer I must manage my "luxury money" very wisely and a replacement was not in the budget at the time. You and I spoke on the phone and you offered to repair the watch, AT NOT COST!!! Well, I finally got around to calling for a mailing box and heard the terrible news about your health challenges. In spite of the obvious family worries, your wonderful wife had my watch repaired promptly and it was returned almost as new! This kind of service is rare these days and must be applauded. Even though I am just a regular guy, you treated me like a long time big-spender.... Thank you. I sincerely hope that you are feeling better and I wish you and your family a wonderful holiday season.
