Hi Jonathan,

I hope this email finds you well.

I just wanted to let you know that I am really enjoying my watch.  It looks absolutely fantastic and I enjoy wearing this to work every day.  Unfortunately for my other watches that I have bought from you, they have now been relegated to storage as I wear my Rolex almost exclusively. 

Since the adjustment made by Rolex here, the watch has been gaining about 1-2 seconds per day which is outstanding.  Total precision and a beautiful looking timepiece.  What else could I ask for?

Thank you for your nice letter sent to me on the 29th of December.  I appreciate you taking the time to write to me and it was nice of you to send this to me.

Your company and I have had a relationship for some 8 years now and I have purchased around 10 watches from you during that time.  The watches I have purchased from Capetown have brought me years of joy and I treasure them all.  I still recall where I was and what I was doing when I received each package with a watch that I ordered from you and the moment of anticipation before I opened the box to behold another fine timepiece to enjoy.
