Dear Ken, My thirty years of consumer product testing has instilled dire scrutiny, caution, and mistrust in the marketplace, so it was with considerable trepidation that I approached the purchase of an expensive wrist watch from a mail-order firm. After paying almost $8,000 up front, would I ever see the watch? If it arrived, would it be the one I specified? Would it come with the factory pedigree and warranty? Would it really arrive before Christmas? Undamaged? Happily. The Watch King delivered on all points, one hundred percent. Everything happened as promised. The Patek is gorgeous. Ken, I have enjoyed our chats as much as I have enjoyed doing business with you. Saving $3,700 didn't hurt either. Thanks for a rewarding experience.
