Your immediate response and fantastic customer service attitude reassure me that we selected the "right" retailer for an expensive purchase like this. So, per our discussion a few weeks ago, I am returning my Rolex S/S Oyster Quartz Datejust (model#17000) for servicing. It was just recently returned to me from the Rolex service center in New York City. Their unusual slowness (or usual, depending on how you look at it) in getting the watch back to me created a large and unexpected delay in getting to your service center. As we also discussed, this watch was purchased from Capetown and ceased to function properly in less than a year from its purchase date. Per your direction, I am including a copy of the original purchase invoice and service estimate from the Rolex service center in NYC. This is my favorite watch and I receive many, many compliments on it; I am anxious to have it repaired and returned so I can continue enjoying it. thank you again for standing behind your product and I would have no hesitation in providing further, follow-up feedback (for use on you website, printed literature, etc) to let future customer know you are a reputable and honest dealer.
