Dear Mr. Marcus, The ring with teh merald cut diamonds arrived here this afternoon, and as you predicted, my wife and I love it. It is a most elegant ring with very clear diamonds and we look foward to admiring it for many years. Enclosed is our check for $20,000 in accordance with our agreement you mentioned on the phone the other day that you thought you might get more then $7,000 for our ring. If you do so, perhaps you will pend us a check for the difference. Also enclosed is the original GIA certificate for the center diamond in our ring.
