I wanted to personally thank you for the service that you and your kind staff provided my wife when she ordered a wristwatch. I have wanted an IWC for some time, but could not bring myself to pay the retail price for one.

I spoke to you about selling a Vacheron about a year ago and have always had a very pleasant experience with your company. I cannot begin to thank you for the outstanding price given to my wife upon learning I was in law enforcement.
